Feast Day

On Monday we went to church and then we went into the hall and had cake . Then we had a basketball tournament. At the end we had fun doing everything. That was Friday. I want to do it again with the cake and the icing and it was yum. It tasted like butter but it was delicious. I like the banana cake and the icing was yum. I like banana cake because I liked the stripes and the outside. Chololate is delicious and tasty. We all loved the cake. I love different sorts of cake. All of the classes came to line up and see whose houses they were in. I was in Kiwis and all of us were cheering for Kiwis and Keas was great!

All About Me

Hi!
My name is Alilia and I like to learn new things like maths and spelling. I have friends and their names are Kalisi, Von, Courtney and Ana-Lei. Sometimes I play with them.

My favourite subject is maths. Maths is my favourite thing because you learn heaps of stuff. Like counting and adding too. There of lots of things to do.

I have long hair and brown eyes. I am a Tongan girl and sometimes I can speak in Tongan.  Sometimes I can't understand it but I know the easy Tongan words. And it is cool that I can speak in Tongan.

Swimming

On a cold windy day we went in the swimming pool and it was cold! There were tents, one for the boys and one for the girls/ We practiced backstroke and starfish. That was really cool. We had so much fun and there were two swimming teachers. Their names are Gillian and Kevin. They were the best swimming teachers in my life. They taught us how to backstroke, freestyle and starfish on our backs and on our fronts.

We had so much fun at the pool. But it was so cold! I stopped going to the pool because it was a little bit deep. But it was sooooo cool. I am sick and I might vomit in the pool that's why I am not going to swimming. When Gillian said playtime we all ran to have fun and jumped on our friends backs. We had an awesome time in the pool and then we went back to class.
